ISP : BT WiFi with FON

Can someone give e a step-by-step guide as to how to setup my TP-LINK TL-WA730RE repeater, with BT WiFi with FON,
It does work because i had it running a few months ago, but i done a reinstall of my operating system, and i have completely
forgotton how to set it up again..

My neighbour 3 doors down has BT broadband, and i can get the BT WiFi with FON in my kitchen, but it has a low signal
i purchased the WA730RE to boost the signal so i could use it in my living room but i have forgotton how to set it up.

I need a setp-by-step guide as to how to setup the repeater to bounce of the BT WiFi with FON signal off the repeater,
so i can disconnect the ethernet cable and use the internet in my living room.
