Very slow Wifi on iPhone 4s with Archer C2

Model : Archer C2
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.9 v0032.0 Build 140620 Rel.40758n
ISP : Ziggo 130 Mbps

My new Archer C2 is working fine in both 2.4 Ghz en 5.0 Ghz. On laptops Wifi speed is about 120 Mbps (of 130 Mps max)
But.. iPhone 4s (and Philips smart TV) wifi speed is only 2 - 10 Mbps. This is way too low for streaming.
Tried several channels....no difference.
Both devices only work at 2.4 Ghz and are in 11.n mode
Who knows what's going wrong here?
