hello I have the TD-W8961N v1 I want to alter some settings but it's website 192.168.1.1 is inaccessible, is ther a new version?

Can you give me information about your internet browser and operating system? Do you have some addresses from router DHCP server?

It shows in the manual that the default IP is 192.168.0.1, so give that a try.

EDIT - sorry, that is for the TL-WR1043ND which is what it says next to "model"

Why you mean that your router has default configuration? You have to check IP/ mask/ and gateway on the network card.
