How to Block port 53 DNS LAN on TD-W8968

Hello there, I'm looking for help..
I bought this router thinking that it had Firewall option as v2. Well I can't find it or doesn't exist.. It's ilogical to have this good router without LAN firewall...
I need to block inbound port 53 DNS on LAN, because anybody can change or configure their own DNS on Windows OS as Google 8.8.8.8 for example... so custom DNS server isn't going to work properly. :mad:
On this v3 I can't figure out how to do this..
I'm using this as modem ADSL and wifi only...
