TL-WR941ND + 2 Repeaters TL-WA850RE

I installed a Router TL-WR941ND and two Repeaters TL-WA850RE and i have 2 problems:
1) Two days after the installation, when i want to connect to the repeaters, they ask me "user and password" to connect.. why? The reapeters are connected to the main router who has the same SSID and password.. why the repeater is asking me for an user?? The repeaters have the latest firmware uploaded by TP-LINK. The password is WPA2. I try to connect with notebooks, tablets and smartphones... this problem is only with the notebooks, OS: XP 32 bits, Windows 7 32 Bits and Windows 8 64 bits..
2) Also the router misses the WAN settings.. i solve this turning-off and turning-on the device.. it also has the latest firmware..
