TL-WPA4220KIT does not work

I just bought this product.
Looks easy, Plug and Play from I have read on internet.
Very easy to synchronise the TL-WPA4220 and retrieve the password from my ADSL router.
But I cannot get the TL-PA4010 to work.
I have tried many plugs but the LED POWERLINE never lights up.
What can go wrong?
