Hello,
I have brought the TL-WPA4220 kit, and have attempted to setup the wifi option manually with the PowerlineScan.exe file under WINE, but there are no devices registered even when SCAN is clicked again.

I cannot see any network activity.
Is there a native Linux utility that will perform the manual setup?
Any help greatly appreciated

No powerline utiity for Linux...
To login its web interface, there is another method.
Manually configure a static IP address for your connection, wired or wireless. The IP address should be 192.168.1.x(1 http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-398.html
