I have a problem with my Archer D7 router

I have VDSL line in my home from my ISP

Although the Archer D7 router I just bought yesterday configured with VDSL at once, today, suddenly it cannot sync / configure in VDSL mode and sync / configure in ADSL mode

If I switch with the ISP's router, everything is ok, I have VDSL

When I put again the Archer D7 router it sync / configures with ADSL (and not VDSL)

I contacted my ISP and they told me that is the router's problem and there is a setting that can deactivate the ADSL configuration and let only the VDSL as available choice (which the ISP did in his router)

if that is correct, I cannot find this setting

Any other suggestions

please help
