Is there a router working as DHCP server connected to LAN port of WA5110G?
What's the IP address obtained on your PC with direct connection to the router?

I have a router I don´t know if works like DHCP, but It's from the local Internet provider, and the IP conected to the Lan is 192.168.1.1

Working mode and wireless mode are both access point, right?
Did you secure the Wi-Fi network? Did you try to connect it by other wireless clients?
You can configure static IP on your phone and check if it works.

I think #2 has the correct direction.
But you can have a test to connect to 5110G in front of it to eliminate the possiblity of distance.
5110G is a outdoor AP that it broadcast strong signal.
However, for mobile clients, they may be unable to access to 5110G with a long distance.
