I need RJ45 output to plug in my router from ANT2424B Antenna so suggest me what accessories I should use. And I want the antenna to receive signals from 600 Meter far 2.4Ghz Source antenna mounted on a huge tower.

You misunderstand about antenna.
ANT2424B is an antenna. In other words it is nothing other a metal. It won't have RJ45.
What you need is a pigtail cable rather than a RJ45.
1. Ensure your router's original antenna is detachable.
2. Detach the original antenna, you will see the connector is (usually) a SMA connector. But the ANT2424B is N-type connector so that they are connectable.
3. Buy a Pigtail Cable TL-ANT24PT.
