TL-WDR3600 Dual Band Router Wifi issue

Firmware Version : 150518

I bought TL-WDR3600 Dual Band Router 3 days ago and it's already giving me pain.
It's Wifi stops providing internet several times in a day and needs a restart to get it work again.
Note that:
1. I have updated it's firmware to 3.14.3 which is last version. but didn't solve the problem.
2. I have fixed 2.4GHz channel to 1 (bandwidth 20MHz) and 5GHz channel to 36 (bandwidth 40MHz)..but didn't solve the problem.
3. I mailed to TP-Link support but they didn't even respond.
4. My TP-Link WR740N Router works fine with same settings but TL-WDR3600 doesn't
It is an Expensive Router I bought but TP-Link don't value our money. Maybe that's why they didn't response
If it is Hardware problem then Warranty replacement won't solve the problem either, because they will give me same product.
Maybe it is the Atheros processor inside which is defective (I'm not sure).
Anybody has any solution? I will be much obliged if any Senior Member/Expert can help me out.
or I will have to sell the Item in lower price and I have to loose my money on it.
