Archer T8E / T9E still without drivers for Windows 10

After more than 1 year of developer/customer preview and nearly 3 months since final release of Windows 10 there are NO DRIVERS for Windows 10 and tryng to use Windows 8.1 drivers makes the system unstable and the two wi-fi cards work only in 2.4 frequency band.
I bought two T8E cards and now I cannot use them with Windows 10. I never buy more than a product of TP-Link.
