Hi I have just purchased a wifi apadapter to connect my YouView box to the Internet as the router is in another room and it doesn't have wifi. I have managed to connect the adapter to my router and after waiting about 15 minutes I have managed to get internet access. However, the YouView box can't get any internet connection and ends up getting completely stuck/freezes. I have connected the adapter to my laptop to check the connection. It appears that my laptop is connected to the Internet however when I go to a webpage I get an error message saying there is a redirect loop. I have tried various different webpages and get the same error every time. Does anyone have any ideas what is going wrong? Thank you
