I want to be able to connect my PC to wifi hotspot that I created using TL-WR841N. But I am confused what should I buy TL-WN823N or TL-WN821N. Apart from size what the difference between two?

I bought TL-WN821N v4.1 this morning, which is based the very same realtek chipset (not atheros anymore). It works pretty well with the driver from the Realtek site. I manged to watch HD 1080p video, located at my NAS without any hiccup. The Nas is connected to the router with a cable.
PS I just bought WN823N and will test it out, too. Should be working fine since it is based on the same chipset

I use the 823N with Windows 10. The throughput is about 4 Mbit/sec.
