TP-LINK AC 7 (AC1750) just died on me; Halp?
Model :
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Okay so here goes I bought a AC7 dual band router quite some time ago it had been working fine for months, but recently I moved house and well It was working fine for a few weeks, then I left it for a few months switched off, and have been meaning to set it up with the new ISP. So I plugged it in today it all powered up fine and I went to go log in typed in mah credentials and boom dead. It hanged on me, so I reset it and now only the power light comes on that is it, I have tired holding down the WPS/Reset switch and rapidly pressing it with no avail.
My question is can I flash the FM to default without soldering? I dont think there is because just the power light says to me its not even booting. Now I doubt I can find my receipt but could I get a RMA replacement or something? If there is a way to flash it without opening it up then I will do that if not how do I get a RMA replacement as I have heard that there is a warranty at the manufactures level.
