Model :

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I have a TL-WPA4220T kit. It appears to be working in default mode with my routers SSID and security key.
BUT my printer, an HP Office jet 5600a Wi-Fi loses connection and my PC's cant find it either.

If I try to reconfigure it, it cannot see any wireless network. if I unplug the powerline Wi-Fi adapters it regains connection and all is well. can anyone solve this?

Thanks in advance

Have you ever solved this issue? I'm having the same problem and I would like to get it taken care of.

Can you describe more the topography of your network (ie how things are connected)?

Can you "see" the printer from a wired connection to your network? I seem to be having a similar problem with my HP P1102W wireless printer.

Are any of the devices using Windows 10? Do they have network stand-by mode enabled?

Same issue here too, I found that dropping the wifi from my computer then rejoining usually fixes the issues; thereafter a power off/on of the Powerline adapted does the trick. Not at all ideal for something which is sold as being easy to use.

Is anything directly connected to kit on both ends to keep it active? It sounds like it is going into standby modem and you are just waking it up but unplugging and plugging back into socket.

For the record, all my wireless devices connected flawlessly with the WPA4220 except the printer. There is something about my printer (or wireless printers in general?) that is causing my problem.

Are you by any chance setting wireless to N-only? According to http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01996606, page 23, 802.11b/g wireless networking
