Can't downgrade WDR4300

Can't downgrade WDR4300
Model :
Hardware Version : WDR4300 v1 00000000
Firmware Version : 3.14.3 Build 150518 Rel.70901n
ISP :
Since installing the newest firmware I can't forward any ports. I get no error and it all looks right but when I use canyouseeme.org or any other port checking service it's not open. That's problem #1.
So I wanted to downgrade the firmware. But I can't. I get this error:
Any ideas how to fix either of these problems?
