Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

In the firmware download page http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/Archer-C2.html#Firmware there is " For Archer C2 V1" and " For Archer C2(UN) V1". Anybody knows what the (UN) tag stands for? And are they the same hardware versions?

UN stands for Universal. It is not tied to any ISP.

I am really pissed off with this router for ISP Unifi. The router hang almost everyday and it doesn't recover by itself, unlike the Dlink Dir615 I used before. I have to manually disconnect/connect or reboot.
Worst still, there is no more firmware upgrade cause the router is for specific ISP (Unifi or Maxis).
