Hi,
two days ago we got problem Modem can't start up and set IP for itself. and when it power on ADSL and internet LEDs still remain ON like Power LED. and never be off or blink
i directly connect the modem to my PC and check ARP table with arp CMD but there is not the MAC address of Modem in arp table so seems modem cant run the API and set ip for itself and also other function like run dhcp and ...
and in addition u cant access from Web or try ICMP (ping) it. try to Reset button many times but didn't work. please help
