Dear all,

 

I purchased this product since July 2025 and after finding not able to connect to 5GHz tried contacting their support team they blame the main service providers router setting where in at the same place i am getting the network on my mobile and with good performance but on the desktop it is not working i have been told due to JIO FIBER router settings it is not working. Earlier when i bought the product and faced the issue the technitian resolved the issue by taking ZOHO interface and resolved the issue but after one week the problem started again i tried contacting their support team they say we dont have zoho or anydesk access and we will not able to resolve the issue, so we will escalate the issue and you will get a call back from our side and since last 3 months i am just waiting every time now i call they say we are escalating the issue from our end and you will get a call back.

The Point I want to make here is if your technical team or the support team on the call are not able to resolve the issue why to sell the product when you dont have technical support staff well equipped with technicalities i have been trying to contact them day and night now it is high time to bring the trouth out here.
