TV does not connect to router TD-W9970

I recently bought TD-W9970 router
(Firmware Version: 0.9.1 2.5 v0025.0 Build 150831 Rel.61883n Hardware Version V1)
To replace my old D-Link router
In my home network, both my large hard disk and my LG TV LG (37LE5500) are connected to the router
With your router, the TV will not always be able to connect to your home network.
Usually, you need to disconnect and reconnect the TV LAN cable and reset the TV settings.
When in fact, the IP address and DNS received from the router are the same as before.
I tried to reserve IP addresses for the TV and set it the same IP addresses. But it does not help, the phenomenon remains.
Please advise, how to make my TV automatically connect to the router (as it was with the previous router)
