Archer D7 Error 9003

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
After a few months with no issues the router appears dead with error 9003. It will boot to the admin page but shows error 9003 instead of the status. Cannot re-setup or reflash with firmware. Have tried a factory reset which has no effect.
Any ideas or is it dead?
