Archer C20 AC750 limits ethernet speed to 100 Mbps.

Archer C20 AC750 limits ethernet speed to 100 Mbps.
Model : Archer C2 750
Hardware Version : Archer C20 v1
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 2.1 v0044.0 Build 151120 Rel.35051n
ISP : TEO
When connecting directly to fiber internet box i get 300+ Mbps.
Ethernet status in windows says Speed: 1 Gbps.
When connecting through Archer C20 (via CAT5 or CAT5e) cable, i get 100 Mbps.
Ethernet status in windows says Speed: 100 Mbps.
I've just upgraded router to latest firmware, didn't help.
Used two different cables: 1m long CAT5 and 15m long CAT5e. Same results.
btw ethernet porth (in the back of the case) gives different colours: red when 1 Gbps and green when 100 Mbps.
During quick setup of the router i chose (at WAN Connection type) - Auto-Detect.
How can i fix this? Or is it a defective unit?
