I installed the camera a few days ago and it worked fine. And yesterday, he no longer able to connect to the internet. I searched the solution, I reset the device, I redid the installation and now I have this message when I install it (picture).

I have exactly same issue. For some reason rebooting the main router solves the problem, but it comes back after 2-3 days. To make it worse I don't have physical access to the router as I am leasing a flat and have to call an administrator to do it for me. The owner has no computer knowledge whatsoever so I am sure he didn't tinker with the main router settings.

Any ideas what to do? I already have the latest firmware, reset the device a couple of times and reinstalled it another couple of times.
