Archer D5 AC1200 Remote Management.

I would like configure it to manage the router from the Internet.
In the System Tools section, Manage Control, in line Remote Management I checked enable and entered the port number eg 3000 and saved.
From internet I type http://xxxx.no-ip.org:3000 at this point I get a 404 forbidden.
Can you help me ?
I don't know if I must set other parameters.
