Will an RE605x work to extend the range of my cell phone hotspot?

I live in a remote area with no high speed internet service available other than satellite. My solution has been to use my cell phone hotspot for wifi which works great but only within one room in my house. My cell signal is also weak and limited to the same room. 
 

Cell phone is a Samsung flip 5 and I am located in Canada.
