W9980 ping default gateway / ping primary domain name server

Had to change from the ant HH5 as it was giving me problems with my Xbox, did some research and found that the TP LINK w9980 router would be fine. Set up proces all done and everything working. Ran a diagnostic test this morning out of curiosity and it failed on the Ping Default Gateway and Ping Primary Domain Name Server. My internet works just fine having no drops out or anything. Is it something to be concerned about ? Compete noob at routers so not too sure on what to do. If it helps I have BT Infinity 1
