Have connected a HP 3520 Laserjet to usb port on router

On my laptop, a HP spectre 2, while the tplink usb print controller app was initially able to see and print to the printer, it can't see the printer when i fire up the app.

A second laptop, also on wifi and also running win10 can see the printer and print to it.

Tried reboots, checked configs etc. No luck.

A 3rd laptop, LAN connected to the router was able to see the printer but as soon as it went wireless, the printer dropped from view.

Checked the firewall settings and all is ok.

Not sure what else to try.
