Hello,

I have a xDSL Modem Archer VR2600 v1, Firmware Version:1.2.0 0.8.0 v0050.0 Build 160121 Rel.50535n, my ISP provider is Telmex in México.

At the beginning the modem works very well and worked well for around two months, then my ISP start to improving their network changing configurations that I think must be in the modem and their and not:

[*]First my ISP changed to ASDL over PTM instead of ATM, I googled a lot on it and I found is perfectly valid to have ADSL over PTM, actually there are a lot of modems that allow this kind of configuration, however my modem accept PTM ONLY when the modulation is VDSL.
[*]Then my ISP moved to VSDL over PTM (Cool!!!) however, is using Annex B and in the modem interface I’m able to configure ONLY to Annex A or A/L/M.
In none of the above cases I was able to have the modem running with my ISP, in the first example I was never able to connect, in the second example I can connect with the central (I see connected status, SNR margins, line attenuation, etc.) but I never have internet.

I’m attaching screenshots of how the modem provided by my ISP is running without issues right now, however I want to be able to connect to my Archer modem, since it was an expensive piece of equipment to have it stored.

Please help.
Regards
