Parental Control does not work in AC1900 Touch Screen Wi-FI Gigabit Router Model Touch P5

Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20150709 Rel. 52822
ISP : Rogers
I try to setup Parental control for 2 devices. I verified Parental Control is on, time setting and the Enable this entry box is checked but no luck. Even I remove all entries in the Internet Access Time page but the device is blocked. What do I miss?
