Multiple Xbox setup WDR 3600

I have issues with xbox live with two xbox consoles on the wifi network.
There is an Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Initially I ran with only UPNP. This did not work for either consistently.
Added Virtual servers for the specific ports for xbox live,3074,88,53,80
Only worked for the xbox one, that they were setup for. could not add an additional ip for the xbox 360.
So I added a DMZ for the xbox 360, and left UPNP running and left the virtual server settings for the xbox one.
The xbox one seems to be running ok, but the 360 still has matchmaking issues with checking the live connection due to NAT.
Has anyone got a configuration for two xbox's on one tp link router?
