Can't see HP5524 printer using Airprint after upgrade

Region : UnitedKingdom

Model : TD-W8968

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 130217

ISP : BT

I have upgraded by firmware to the latest version - worked fine. But I still cannot see my HP5524 printer using Airprint from either iPad or iPhone.

Firmware update was meant to fix issues with Bonjour, but doesn't seem to have helped. Can print to the printer fine over WI-Fi from my Win7 PC.

Any ideas?

Hi.
Can Ipad and Iphone both connected to the wireless network of TD-W8968? Can they access Internet?
Is the printer also connected to the wireless network of the modem?

By the way, if you have one more modem, you can test if Ipad and Iphone can see the printer with another modem.

Yes both iPhone and iPad can see the Internet. I could see the AirPrint printer with my previous BT router - it used to work fine over Wi-Fi. Got this one because the BT kept going wrong and needed rebooting all the time. This router seems fine except for this one problem! The printer is working fine over Wi-Fi to my PC, so I know the printer is okay over Wi-Fi. It's just AirPlay that's the problem.
