TP-Link have institituted a refund program for owners who are dissatisfied with the performance of their AV500 adapters (stability, speed, etc)

However this program is currently US only. Will this program be rolled out to other regions?
If not, Does this mean TP-Link cares less about UK/EURO customer satisfaction than US customer satisfaction?.
