How do you set a router as a repeater

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
These are the reasons I CAN'T set my router as a repeater:
1. tplinklogin.com says it's for sale
2.When I try my ip address, it takes me to my SHAW settings page
3. Also, Wifi is not working
So, HOW DO I FIX MY ROUTER!?
