Username/password isnt working need help

Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : ogero
hello guys, i used 192.168.1.x and got the log in screen, the username and password should both be admin and admin as said on the box and everywhere else but it isnt it keeps saying incorrect username or password. Is there any way i can change them or check what they are. thank you
