I'd also like to know when there will be a print utility for MacOS Sierra. Specifically for Archer 9.

I doubt this very much! Given the 'current' firmware for the device itself is bug riddled and hasn't been updated in over a year its unlikely that TPLink are going to revisit any support software updates for this device. There wasn't an El Capitan version (Mavericks/Yosemite either?) so they aren't even supporting those OS versions either. Unlike Apple themselves.
They keep 'rereleasing' another bug riddled firmware version from April 2016 then removing it so my belief is that as far as TPLink are concerned the D9 is dead and buried. My firmware is 1-2 versions out of date as its the most 'problem free' release for me that is available. Later versions are worse.
Very disappointing as this router isn't too old and was their flagship device when I bought it. Only got 6 months of use before support was effectively dropped.
I shall be far more cautious buying TPLink products in the future.
