TL-PA4010KIT Doesn't allow me to connect to my router

Having recently bought TL-PA4010KIT, it works ok and does sometimes cut out which isn't the end of the world as I have Wifi as well on my desktop PC which works ok, but one thing it will never allow me to do is to log into my router, why is this?
