I got a brand new PB TL-TP10400 and I noticed that, after the first charge (It took me about 9 hours to complete), the PB doesn't fully recharge anymore.
It begins to recharge and the LEDs show the correct status of charging but after a while just the first LED starts to blinking and stays in that condition.

I tried to charge my phone and when I plug the power chord the same LED start to blink again. User guide shows that 1 LED is blinking is because the PB has only 0%-10% battery left.

I used a 5V/1A adapter to charge my PB. Does anyone have any ideia about this issue?
