TL-WR740N router blocks ICMP packets

Hardware Version : v4.23
Firmware Version : 3.17.0 Build 150105
ISP : tiltas.lt (local), then goes through Teo LT
My router blocks ICMP packets. Intererstingly, it blocks packets only from foreign countries. I get a reply from atleast some local news sites. If I plug the ethernet cable directly to my PC, then everything is fine, I get a response when pinging 8.8.8.8, for example. Router SPI Firewall disabled, DoS Protection disabled. Ignore ping packet from WAN port and forbid ping packet from LAN port unchecked.
