Archer D2 Security / Access Control ON , problem with IP CAM

I have a modem/router Archer D2 v1 00000001 firmware version 0.8.0 1.2 v003e.0 Build 150921 Rel.39523n.
In SECURITY Access Control I set ON Access Mode white list with many devices.
I have no problem to access with my smartphone (mobile data connession) to access the router management, but I can not access the web pages of my IP CAM management.
Even with my APP Tiny Cam Monitor can not access to the IP CAM.
If I disable ACCESS CONTROL everything works correctly.
It states that the different IP CAM are correctly configured through NAT FORWARDING Virtual Servers.
I tried using different smartphone.
In my modem/router previous (SITECOM) the access control is working properly.
Please give me a suggestion to solve the problem. THANK YOU.
