TL-MR3420 Ver:3.0 Port Forwarding not working

We have a TPLINK 3420 ver 3, router which we ave set for port forwarding .We are using it for our CCTV remote viewing.
The previous version of this product ver 2.4 and below do not have any problem.in successfully setting up the port forwarding.
We have also set the DYDNS correctly, but still unable to connect.
Is there anything we are missing on the setting. See the screen shots below.
