sudden loss of internet av500

Hi i have been using my tp-link av500 TL-WPA4230P for about 4 months without fault until today at about 16:00 when i lost all internet connectivity. The internet from my main sky router is working fine. I cant pick up wifi or connect using a cable to my tp-link box, when i try to connect to wifi on my iphone it picks up a signal but as a massage saying no internet connection. i have tried unplugging it for 10 mins to no success.
ssorry if this was poorly explained im not good with this sort of thing.
