TD-W8960N can not longer etablish internet connection

Hi,
I write you about a TD-W8960N.
Up to now, it worked fine. (configuration OK, computer and smartphone can access internet).
Since few days, it doesn't work.
Ping to DSL ip 192.168.1.1 OK
Admin interface diagnostic OK (all green : connexion, dns...).
When I ping to a domain name, ping ok.
When I try to access website throught web browser (computer or smartphone ; so it is not a configuration update on a device because all devices who worked fine are affected), nothing is displaying (waiting for...).
I try another DNS server, same problem.
It seems assign only http// because ftp client is ok (i can connect to ftp (so no DNS problem), identify...).
I try with another DSL Modem with same parameters, all works fine.
(don't see specific parameters like port... )
The DSL modem user says me that it has arisen since a sky charged with flashes.
Within this context, in despair, and because I don't understanding of the problem, try to flash a new firmware, update OK, I setup again configuration, same problem.
Can you explain me how to continue to diagnose this issue?
