td-w8968 disabled/sleep mode? problem

ISP : Arnet/Telecom
Using quick setup or manual everything goes fine, it connects at sightly less downrate than other modems but the real problem is that after some time the router leds stays like this and there is no internet or ethernet connection:
After this, the router is only accesible via wifi, I checked the logs and says something like entering disabled mode or sleep mode.
it came with that firmware out of the box.
