TL-WN823N 300Mbps and TP-LINK TD-W8951ND on Windows 10 x64 not working well

I have one PC HP Z620 with Windows 10 x64 pro and the TL-WN823N v2 doesn't connect all time to Modem Router TP-LINK TD-W8951ND v1.0 150 Mbps and when it connect it's impossible to surf the Internet, they get the IP from the Router but no exchange of data.
I try to change the card setting from"wireless Mode" IEEE 802.11b/g/n to "wireless Mode" IEEE 802.11b/g and it seem to work better but with considerable delay in navigation of web pages!
And almost unusable!
how do I fix?
