adapter AC600 T2UH not sure if its working properly

Hi im using adapter ac600 t2uh tp link shows that connection is 96-100 % all the time, rate 72 mbs my internet speed through cable is 50-60mb/s but all i get through my usb adapter is 5,2 mbs fixed speed not sure what is wrong distance is like 3 meters away from router (802.11n)
