Access Point TL-WA901ND V4 has'nt activity LED

Hardware Version : V4
Firmware Version : 3.16.9 Build 160304
ISP : White
I have an Access Point TL-WA901ND V4 . It has'nt network traffic activity LED . when a device connect to it and sends or receives data , it's LEDs does not flash for any activity like other access points and adsl modems . 3 LED's are ON always and not flashing when connected devices are activating . any one can help me how to make it flash when connected devices are activating . i have installed latest firmware . thank you
