No Internet connection from 5GHZ band

Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 3.14.2 Build 160329 Rel.38287n
ISP : telkom
My RE200 set up Is successfully. It picks up both my bands from my asus RT-ac68u router however there is no internet connection on 5ghz. The 2.4ghz work perfectly. On the listed devices of my router, the re200 only reflects on the 2.4ghz connection.
