How to configure VOIP on AC1900 Archer D9 modem/router?

How to configure VOIP on AC1900 Archer D9 modem/router?
Model : Archer D9
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 0.9.1 0.1 v0041.0 Build 150826 Rel.42046n
ISP : TPG
I have configured the modem/router and I can access internet through LAN & WIFI etc after doing Quick Set up. However I am unable to set up VOIP using Linksys PP2T-NA ATA (ie after configuring the ATA no dial tone can be heard nor calls can be made). I don't see any special options in the setup menu either to deal with VOIP setup.
Please advise.
