I want to access TP-LINK router from my pc.

The LAN IP of tp-link is: 192.168.0.1
My pc is: 192.168.1.149

You have to set up your TP-link as an AP - http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-417.html

Thank you jimasek.
Does AP compromise the performance of internet? I do not know why it seemed to me that the internet of wifi devices through AP don't work properly! I tried this option for shortly and I could not surf Internet.

I can't see your AP setup. Please show me something (status tab, dhcp settings).

Use an Ethernet cable to connect the main router to your TP-Link wireless router through their LAN ports (any LAN ports may be used). All other LAN ports on your TP-Link wireless router will now grant devices Internet access.
